Dewani has spent over a decade in creative tech and purpose-first design studios. She is passionate about inclusive futures and scaling ways to include more diverse and intersectional voices in solving systemic challenges.Her favourite ways to do this are through community-led, strengths-based, futures thinking approaches, leveraging tools we are all born with - creativity, imagination and curiosity.
Lyndal Mackintosh | Principal Facilitator at MosaicLab Co.
Lyndal has worked in local and state government for more than 25 years and in the community and stakeholder engagement field for 16 years.
Prior to MosaicLab, Lyndal developed and implemented an organisational community engagement framework for the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP, now called DEECA - Department of Environment, Energy and Climate Action) and led an engagement team of advisors for five years in the Victorian Government. Additionally, Lyndal was an adviser and facilitator with local government, including the City of Melbourne and Manningham City Council.
As a facilitator, Lyndal has guided citizens’ panels, developed capability programs, designed and advised on processes around highly complex and contentious topics. Some of these include bushfire preparedness and response, biodiversity planning, forest policy, local government processes such as community visions, business strategy development, water and energy strategy and price setting processes and large-scale urban planning projects.
Robyn is highly qualified and community oriented. She holds a PhD in Management, Applied Certificate in Project Management Practice, Graduate Certificate in Training (Action Learning), and IAP2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement. Robyn was awarded Outstanding Citizen of the Year in 2022 for over 25 years of service to the City of Kingston community
