Are all sessions online or in-person?

All sessions are hosted live via Zoom, and include access to the recording for 90 days, so you can revisit the content.

You will receive an email 1-2 days prior with the meeting ID. To ensure you receive this invitation please add no-reply@zoom.us to your trusted list of contacts.


Am I eligible for the member rate?

All current financial members are eligible for member rates. If you have a question about your membership status, please email the Membership Team on membership@engagementinstitute.org.au to enquire, or call 1300 ENGAGE (1300 436 424) or NZ: 0800 ENGAGE (0800 436 424).


I’m not a current Engagement Institute member. Can I still register for this learning series?

This learning series is available to Engagement Institute members only, as it is designed to support the practical use of our forthcoming Inclusive and Accessible Engagement Toolkit, which is a member-only resource. If you’re not currently a member, you’re very welcome to explore membership options to gain access to the learning series and the Toolkit
