Claire Paddison is a strategic communications, engagement and facilitation specialist with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex and often controversial projects across government, resources, infrastructure, land development and the not-for-profit sector. Nationally and internationally recognised by IAP2, Claire is passionate about building relationships and designing inclusive processes that give people a voice through respectful, purposeful conversations.

Claire was responsible for leading Stakeholder Engagement and Communications for Boorloo Bridge through detailed design and construction. At the conclusion of the project, Claire engaged with a wide range of the stakeholders involved in the project from planning and development right through to delivery to inform the development of a blueprint for embedding Aboriginal engagement into the infrastructure planning, design and delivery for WA's Transport Portfolio.

Fiona Bettesworth is an IAP2-trained engagement specialist at WSP with over ten years of experience on projects across infrastructure, energy and community development. Fiona was the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator for the Boorloo Bridge Project, working alongside technical experts as part of the Alliance. Key to this was the coordination of the Matagarup Elders Group, a group of Traditional Owners instrumental in influencing the bridges’ innovative design.
